Job Description
BENEFITS: Medical Dental Vision 401K
Shift: 6:30 am 3:00pm M - F
JOB DUTIES:
- Mowing weed eating spraying seeding landscaping.
- Snow removal and salting of parking lots and walkways. Refilling of salt containers.
- General upkeep and repair of buildings and grounds (gutter cleaning power washing sweeping painting etc.).
- Operate various types of mobile equipment and machinery (weed eaters mowers forklifts floor sweeper etc.).
- Perform routine maintenance on building and grounds equipment.
- Maintain walkways steps handrails ladders.
- Assist with mobile equipment repairs.
- Complete repair orders and preventive maintenance as instructed.
- Valid West Virginia CDL license preferred.
- General carpentry skills preferred.
- Overtime as required.
- All other duties as directed by supervision.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to safely operate equipment required for the job
- Effective communication including speaking writing active listening and taking instruction
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures with a commitment to creating a safe work environment
- Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Excellent organizational and teamwork skills
- Able to demonstrate practical problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow established policies and procedures
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability and willingness to work core hours to support the needs of our Business
- Ability to work in a manufacturing setting where dust is generated

- Work near moving mechanical parts.Frequently
- Must be able to work in moderate noise up to 83 decibels.Frequently

- Exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.Frequently
