Job Description
CloudFit Command and Control Engineers (CCEs) protect our customers interests 24x7x365 as they backstop our CloudFit Software Automation. CloudFit CCEs engage with customers in critical situations CloudFit CCEs must be comfortable working with our executives in a fast paced environment. CloudFit CCEs will interface with customers business development and operations via phone tickets and email.
As a C4 engineer our primary job is incident management and alerting. We match the CFS queue for any alerts/incidents that come through and when they come through we execute that protocol that was put into place such as creating bridges/PIRs communicating to the On-Call as well as doing some initial investigations on our own. Responsibilities:
- Monitor / backstop automation 24x7x365

- Engage customers via phone email and IT support tickets
- Provide Command and Control leadership on Major Incident Bridges
- Interface with customer and CloudFit executive management both proactively and reactively
- Support customers via phone email and IT support tickets
- Excellent customer service skills
- High level of adaptability and flexibility; able to multi-task and work on numerous projects simultaneously
- Excitement for working in a face paced environment
- High degree of emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with others
- Ability to prioritize tasks/projects and handle critical situations efficiently
- Passion for working and communicating with necessary stakeholders (customers team members community members etc.)
- Excellent communicator with great verbal written and interpersonal skills
- High technical aptitude; ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
- Hunger to grow and learn more - this is an entry level role with endless potential for career development
- Cloud and DevOps certifications
- Proven track record of leading customers digital transformation though cloud services management
- Engineering Mathematics Management Information Services or Computer Science Degree (or certificate)
*This position will likely be 2nd or 3rd with shift differential*
Frontend Team:
- 1st Shift: Sunday Wednesday 7am - 5pm
- 2nd Shift: Sunday Wednesday 4pm - 2am
- 3rd Shift: Sunday Wednesday 12am - 10am
- 1st Shift: Wednesday Saturday 7am 5pm
- 2nd Shift: Wednesday Saturday 4pm - 2am
- 3rd Shift: Wednesday Saturday 12am - 10am
Please note the national salary range listed in the job posting reflects the new hire salary range across levels and U.S. locations that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be commensurate with the candidates final level and location. Also the range represents salary only and does not include our total rewards package.
