Join our team at Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full Time Therapist and have a direct impact on the well-being of individuals in a School Based Program within Utah County Utah. Wasatch Behavioral Health needs kind and motivated people to best support our clients and clinicians. We offer a competitive wage starting between $28.08 -$43.38 per hour.
Therapist I with Associate Licensure-$58406 - $60445 annually
Therapist II with Full Licensure-$712406-$90230 annually.

As a Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health you will be at the forefront of providing essential clinical services to individuals navigating a variety of behavioral health challenges. Your role will involve creating and overseeing customized treatment programs facilitating therapy sessions managing caseloads and contributing to the development of long-term plans for clients and their families. What were looking for in a Therapist
To excel in the role of a School Based Therapist at Wasatch Behavioral Health strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial. The ability to empathize build rapport and establish trust with clients is essential for effective therapy sessions and treatment planning. A solid understanding of clinical techniques assessment tools and therapeutic interventions is key to providing quality care to individuals with diverse behavioral health needs. Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
- Graduation from a college or university with a Masters degree in social work
- psychology or a related field and:
- For Associate Licensed Therapist recognition in the state of Utah as one of the following: Certified Social Worker (CSW)
- Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor (ACMHC)
- Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)
- For Fully Licensed Therapist recognition in the State of Utah as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CMHC)
- Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT
Spanish Speaking preferred but not required.

Employment at Wasatch Behavioral Health is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen motor vehicle record review and criminal background check. After hire you must complete and receive a Criminal Background Clearance (BCI) from Utah State Office of Licensing. Upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment in the position you must provide an official copy of licensure or certification.
