Overview:
Serve as an expert on data transformation and ETL processes in the research data warehouse. Design and optimize pipelines for OMOP and PCORnet models lead complex data integration and ensure compliance with best practices and audit standards. Support users with documentation and training. Improve database schemas using Oracle SQL Server and Unix Shell Scripting. Monitor data refreshes and enhance data architecture. Requires 5 years in ETL strong SQL and scripting skills and experience with OMOP/PCORnet. Healthcare data experience and scalable ETL design are preferred.

- Designs and implements system enhancements to improve performance and reliability. Leads application and system design discussion and creation for presentation and review.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.

- Provides mentoring and support to less experienced programmers.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant field or equivalent experience required.

- Ability to participate in an effective mentoring relationship utilizing the appropriate methods.

Experience:
- Five years of experience in system or application programming required.
- Two years of experience in hospital information systems preferred.
