Job Description
Starr Regional Medical Center is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Speech and Language Pathologist for our Therapy Department. This job is permanent PRN.
Core competencies include but are not limited to the following:
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patients condition.
Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
Fully Licensed SLPs Only:
Supervises activities of clinical fellows students and other support personnel.
