Where Do You Fit
Nestled in our Automation and Control division youll be on the wheel steering product and tech innovations and overseeing projects for Kongsberg Maritimes state-of-the-art Automation Bridge Systems and Electro solutions. Collaborate closely with our Systems Architects SW developers and Project Managers to guarantee smooth sailing on all projects.
Responsibilities:
- A key resource in defining architecture design and support realization of SW
- Establish a technical vision together with the Architect team guiding the software development. This involves you in keeping up with the current technological trends and innovations.
- Contributing to the development the Software Architecture by providing innovative approaches workflows and technologies.
- Collaborate with teams of architects developers product owners and managers while sharing and exploiting knowledge in cross-functional and globally distributed multi-disciplinary departments and projects.
Qualifications and experience:
- Experienced SW developer with a strong interest in SW architecture
- Knowledge in use of modeling languages like SysML /UML and SW architecture frameworks
- Good programming skills in one or more languages preferably C/C#
- Good Communications and Collaboration skills
- Knowledge of software production methods and technologies
- Interest for Cyber Security
