Nursery PractitionerHours Over 4 Days
Our client a welcoming and inclusive nursery setting is currently seeking a qualified and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team. This is a full-time position offering a salary of 26000 with 40 hours worked over just 4 days supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Essential Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a nursery pre-school or childcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- A caring patient and proactive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting childrens welfare.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- First Aid trained (or willingness to complete training).

As a Nursery Practitioner you will:
- Deliver high-quality care and learning opportunities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Support each childs physical emotional and social development.
- Plan and lead engaging age-appropriate activities to encourage creativity and curiosity.
- Observe assess and document childrens progress sharing updates with families.
- Foster a welcoming inclusive atmosphere for children and parents alike.
- Ensure childrens safety through adherence to safeguarding and health & safety procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean well-organised nursery environment.
