Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6 RNLD to join a specialist learning disabilities service in New Malden Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs in a compassionate and person-centred environment. The role is available on a locum basis with an immediate start and offers competitive rates.
What will your responsibilities be
As a Band 6 RNLD you will provide high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for assessing planning implementing and evaluating care plans tailored to each individuals needs. You will also support the delivery of therapeutic interventions contribute to risk assessments and work collaboratively with families carers and the wider clinical team to promote independence and well-being.
