Werkstudent (m/w/d) HR Payroll
Deine Aufgaben:
- Untersttzung bei der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung fr einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
- Beratung und Betreuung der Mitarbeiter in definierten Fragen rund um die Gehaltsabrechnung
- Erstellung von Reportings und Statistiken
- Erledigung der anfallenden Korrespondenz Betreuung und Verwaltung (vertretungsweise) der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
- Begleitung von Projekten im Zusammenhang mit gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen
- Mitwirkung bei diversen HR Projekten Aktualisierung und Pflege von Personalakten
Dein Profil
Du absolvierst ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre Psychologie oder vergleichbarer Studienrichtung
Gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse insbesondere in Excel und Word
Du verfgst ber sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ gewissenhaft und zuverlssig
Du bist teamfhig und hast eine ausgeprgte Dienstleistungsorientierung
