Job Description
We are looking for experiencedManufacturing Engineersto join a dynamic production team in support of operations troubleshooting and continuous process improvement. This is acontract-basedopportunity working on-site at a leading facility in Winnipeg.
Youll play a key role in driving technical excellence across the production floor helping resolve manufacturing issues optimize workflows and ensure production targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to production teams on daily operations and manufacturing challenges
- Lead and contribute to process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and product quality
- Support troubleshooting activities and root cause analysis for production issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Production and Planning
- Ensure engineering documentation and work instructions are up to date and accurate
- May be required to support shifts weekends or holidays based on production demands
Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field of engineering
- Must be registered with a provincial order of engineers (e.g. PEng); registration withEngineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM)is a strong asset
- Minimum2 years of experiencein a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Experience inProduction Planningis considered an asset
- Knowledge ofcomposite materialsand/oraerospace manufacturingprocesses is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work overtime weekends or holidays as required
