Job Description

ELC Educator

2 days per week (Thursday and Friday each week)

Shift hours varied between 7.30am-5.30pm

Are you passionate about early childhood education and creating meaningful play-based learning experiences Trinity Anglican School (TAS) is looking for enthusiastic and caring Educator to join our growing Early Learning team at our beautiful White Rock Campus.

At TAS we believe in inspiring curious learners through nature-based hands-on play and inquiry-led discovery. Our Early Learning Centre is a place where children thrive socially emotionally physically and cognitively and where educators are supported valued and empowered to make a difference.

About the Role

As an Educator youll play a key role in creating a safe nurturing and engaging environment for our youngest learners. Youll work closely with our Lead Educators to deliver high-quality programs support childrens development and contribute to the daily rhythm of the centre.

Do you have the following

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or similar qualification) or working towards attainment
  • Experience in Early Learning education and care preferably kindergarten age
  • Certificate CPR (HLTAID009)
  • Certificate - First Aid in an Education Setting (HLTAID012)

  • Understand and apply the Early Years Learning Framework

  • Are comfortable using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
  • Are willing to step into the Responsible Person role when needed
