Schedule: 40 hours per week 3rd shift 11pm-7am Tues Sat

What Youll Do in This Role:
Are you a dependable and compassionate professional with a strong sense of responsibility Join our dedicated team at Porter Hills Village where we provide a safe respectful and welcoming environment for our senior residents.
We are currently seeking a 3rd shift Security Personnel Member who will play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of our residents visitors and staff. In addition to security responsibilities they will also provide custodial support when available helping keep our common areas clean welcoming and well-maintained. This added contribution reinforces our commitment to creating a home-like dignified environment for all who live and work here.
Primary Responsibilities:
Security
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect unauthorized activity.
- Respond promptly to alarms security breaches and other incidents including emergencies such as fires or medical situations.
- Document and report incidents.
- Provide assistance and directions to team members visitors and residents as needed.
- Maintain a visible presence to ensure a sense of security and offer support in non-emergency situations.
Custodial Work
- Perform routine maintenance on grounds parking areas driveways removing snow salting sidewalks etc.
- Clean floors including sweeping and mopping
- Clean wash sanitize public restrooms
- Discard waste/trash into proper containers
- Other duties as assigned
What Youll Need:
- 2 years of experience in security work required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform patrols and respond to incidents required.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
- Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighting up to 35 pounds without assistance.
