Job Description

Position Overview:
Were on the hunt for an Associate Creative Director (ACD) with deep experience in pharmaceutical sales trainingsomeone who understands the balance between strategic storytelling and instructional design. Youll lead the development of visually engaging and educational materials that help sales reps truly learn and retain. From at-home learning kits to tactile experiences from e-learning modules to national sales meeting decks your work will drive engagement and elevate outcomes.

As an ACD youll guide visual strategy and design across multiple pharma accounts ensuring that every touchpointfrom concept to completionis insightful brand-aligned and learning-effective. Youll collaborate with writers instructional designers account leads and client stakeholders. Fast-paced doesnt scare you. Juggling deadlines doesnt faze you. You make things happen and you make them beautiful.

What It Takes:

  • Champion the creative vision for all learning-related materials: print digital e-learning tactile kits gamification meeting modules and more
  • Collaborate with Copy and Instructional Design to craft compelling and strategic training experiences
  • Bring understanding of learning behaviors and adult education strategies to art direction
  • Interpret client strategy and translate complex content into clear digestible visuals
  • Lead and mentor art directors and designers with inspiration clarity and honest feedback
  • Drive the visual execution of immersive sales training contentboth remote and in-person
  • Juggle multiple brands timelines and deliverables with agility and focus
  • Represent the creative team in client meetings and strategic planning sessions
  • Balance high-level creative direction with hands-on design where needed
  • Elevate the quality of every asset while staying on brand and on brief


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Visual Communication Graphic Design or similar field
  • 710 years of creative experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical training and communications
  • Hands-on expertise with design for e-learning sales force training and educational content
  • Experience developing for various formats: print PowerPoint LMS digital tactile and experiential
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a creative team
  • Strong client-facing skills and the ability to present work persuasively
  • Excellent time management and multitasking chopsyou thrive on deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and presentation tools (eg PowerPoint Keynote Articulate (Storyline 360)
  • Prior experience in fast-paced agency environments preferred
