LVHN is seeking a collaborative physician to join an experienced physician and nurse practitioner team n an established practice dedicated to the small town community of Frackville Pennsylvania. This family medicine practice is part of a health center which also includes laboratory services and is 10 miles from Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuykill. Frackville PA is located right off of Interstate 81 approximately 1 hour from Harrisburg and 25 minutes from Hazleton.

Qualifications
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
- A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
