Overview:
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Provides administrative support to the homecare team as needed. Coordinates communication between homecare providers and clients ensuring smooth operations and high-quality care services.
- Resolves any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.
- Valid Ohio drivers license and proof of auto insurance is required by hospital policy. Must pass a motor vehicle background inspection insurance eligibility driving qualifications and training set forth by Nationwide Childrens Hospital and must maintain qualification of insurance guidelines.

- Assists with the strategic development and evaluation of marketing and communication plans.
- Creates and manages content and materials for assigned platforms or audiences.
- Collaborates with various teams departments and external vendors ensuring that the execution of projects and strategies align with broader organizational objectives.
- Ensures consistent branding and messaging across different platforms to enhance organizational visibility.
- Uses data and analytics to inform strategies and measure the effectiveness of campaigns and projects.
