Job Title: Senior IT Manager of Integration Services
Location: Cracow Poland
The Solution Architect is responsible for developing and optimizing the global Integration solution design to meet the agreed company and business requirements. Defining and designing Integration technologies and E2E integration solutions making sure they offer a consolidated efficient integration service while reflecting best industry trends and the consumer needs. All in a secure and compliant way. This position requires an expert technical background deep understanding and leadership of architectural principles along with the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of stakeholders throughout software development lifecycle. .
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire IT service lifecycle strategy design transition operations enhancements according to the agreed roadmap with Stakeholders and Galderma IT framework.
Consolidation and maintenance of 3 year service roadmap and related capacity planning in collaboration with application consumers
Accountable for IT Service Delivery and operational excellence to ensure available predictable efficient and innovative services which deliver business value.
Manage a mix of nearshore offshore internal and external resources ensuring effective delivery.
Orchestrate and assess incoming demands with domain and business owners ensuring ongoing E2E delivery according to the agreed priorities costing model and timelines.
Service monitoring control and reporting (financial resource compliance technical)
Ensure a fit-for-purpose service governance framework to ensure a consistent and optimal approach to integrations offering clarity and security to consumers in line with Galderma expectations.
Be at the hub of the IT organization maintaining working relationships across teams playing an active role in the harmonization of activities and mutual dependencies.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement. Identify and assess emerging trends and lead related initiatives for best in class integration services.
Play an active role in defining and monitoring contracts with vendors along with related agreed service levels
Monitor and measure service compliance and risk; accountable to ensure appropriate standards with any gaps effectively managed. Ensure the continued qualification of the integration platform according to GxP standards.
Key focus on consolidation simplification and a structured factory approach to Integration delivery for an optimized mature and predicable service.
Skills & Qualifications:
8 years of relevant working experience in application and IT Service delivery within global corporate environment.
3 years in a similar Service Owner role.
Experience working as part of integrations delivering middleware services.
A deep practical understanding of IT Service Management IT Governance IT Financial Management and Vendor Management.
Experience with E2E GxP validated integrations a strong plus
Experience in streamlining and consolidating processes across technologies and teams.
Proven track record managing a complex team scenarios and varied IT team expectations (both internal and external).
Fluency in English.
