Job Description
Job Title: WordPress Developer (Elementor Expert)
About the Role
Were on the lookout for a true WordPress Developer someone who doesnt just drag and drop but understands the architecture performance and flexibility of WordPress. This is a full-time contractual opportunity where youll be working with international clients building fully custom websites using Elementor Pro with the Hello theme keeping plugin usage to a minimum.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build high-performance pixel-perfect websites using Elementor Pro
- Create custom headers footers templates and WooCommerce pages all without relying on bloated plugins
- Work with staging and production environments ensuring clean deployments
- Collaborate with designers and PMs understanding project briefs clearly and executing them independently
- Ensure sites are secure responsive SEO-friendly and blazing fast Troubleshoot and debug issues efficiently
- Deploy websites using common hosting providers (GoDaddy HostGator Namecheap etc.
Must-Have Skills:
- 4 years of professional WordPress development experience
- Expert in Elementor Pro (Hello theme only no multipurpose themes)
- Strong grasp of WooCommerce: setup customization and styling
- Minimal Plugin Philosophy: You know when to use and when to code
- Excellent English communication both written and verbal
- Familiarity with deployment workflows staging environments and backups
- Understanding of version control (Git) basic security and performance optimization
Good to Have:
- Experience working with international teams or agencies
- Familiarity with basic on-page SEO principles
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during CST hours
