Who we are looking for...
You are a passionate host and understand exactly what makes our guests tick what they want and how we can inspire them. You work in a structured way can always surprise our guests with great tips for their stay and take care of all guest concerns before during and after their stay. You are a passionate host!
What your responsibilities are...
- You greet and say goodbye to our guests check them in and out and have an open ear for all guest concerns
- You do your daily accounting conscientiously and always adhere to the specified processes
- You answer phone calls and communicate digitally on many channels - and of course in a friendly and professional manner.
- You train our trainees and are happy to pass on your knowledge
- You are always thinking of new ways to inspire our guests - always keeping an eye on the overall hotel goals and brand standards.

- You have a completed vocational training (preferably in the tourism sector)
- You enjoy working with people from all over the world every day
- Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards show in everything you do
- You are a communication talent with very good German and English skills
- Your winning appearance your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality
- Your professionalism paired with your self-confident appearance and charm inspire our guests every day
- You have a work permit for the EU/Germany
