What youll do:
- Provide services and treatments to Home Care clients always following the plan of care and/or tasks delegated by the Home Care RN
- Communicate client changes to the RN to assist with the assessment implementation and evaluation of the Care Plan
- Assist with the development and implementation of care plans under the RNs supervision
- Maintain chart documentation in an appropriate timeframe always striving for accuracy while utilizing applicable software to do so
- Support the Life Plan Community by responding to independent pendant calls as needed
- Communicate changes in a residents condition to the RN on duty
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of any PHI per HIPAA requirements
What youll need:
- Must be currently licensed in the State of North Carolina as an LPN
- Previous experience in geriatrics/long-term care is desired while not required
Compensation is $28.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience $3 shift differential pay.
