Job Vacancy: Night Auditor (maternity cover) at Foxhills Collection
Are you an organized individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Night Auditor to join our team as maternity cover at our prestigious establishment.
Position: Night Auditor (Maternity Cover)
Location: Foxhills Collection Ottershaw Surrey
Type: Full-time fixed term contract from September 2025

Responsibilities:
- Follow and complete the end of day and night securtity procedures
- Greet guests and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor
- Check prior shift handovers write daily handovers in the diary for current and forthcoming days and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service is provided
- Ensure all necessary payments are taken and anything outstanding is reconcilled.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence in a professional manner
- Assist guests with inquiries reservations and requests
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing data entry and scheduling
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays
