Prventive Wartung & Vorschriften: Entwickelt und implementiert vorbeugende Wartungsplne fhrt Inspektionen durch und gewhrleistet die Einhaltung von Branchenvorschriften und Unternehmensrichtlinien
Reparaturen: Fhrt kleinere Reparaturen und Wartungsarbeiten am Standort durch (z. B. Austausch von Schluchen Installation von Stromkabeln Beleuchtung usw.)

Maintenance & Operations: Leads the maintenance repair and optimization of facility systems (HVAC electrical plumbing) to ensure compliance with corporate safety and environmental standards
Project Coordination & Vendor Management: Manages facility upgrade projects coordinates with external contractors/suppliers and ensures timely execution within budget and quality expectations
Preventive Maintenance & Compliance: Develops and implements preventive maintenance schedules conducts inspections and ensures adherence to industry regulations and company policies
Repairs: Performs minor repairs and maintenance at the site (e.g. replace tubing installation of power cables lighting etc.)

- Managt Haustechnik bzw. Gerte-Installation durch Kommunikation und Beziehungen mit Dienstleistern/Versorgern beaufsichtigt externe Techniker:innen berwacht und berprft der Arbeitsergebnisse
- Stellt sicher dass regelmige und prventive Wartungsmanahmen geplant und durchgefhrt werden
- Entwickelt und implementiert prventive Wartungsprogramme zur Bewltigung elektrischer Notflle (z. B. Stromausflle)
- Erstellt Berichte (z. B. Arbeitsauftragshistorie Zeitplne fr vorbeugende Wartung von Gebuden und Anlagen)
- Sucht Fehler an den Anlagen und Maschinen auf identifiziert und meldet wiederkehrender oder potenzieller Probleme
- Plant organisiert und/oder leitet Ttigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem Bau oder der Instandhaltung von Gebuden Anlagen oder Systemen
- Untersttzt die berarbeitung von vertraglichen Vereinbarungen mit Architekturbros externen Beratungsfirmen Kunden Lieferanten oder Subunternehmen
- Bietet technisches Fachwissen fr die Planung neuer oder verbesserter Produktionsanlagen
- Fhrt routinemige bis komplexe technische Arbeiten aus
- Alle anderen Aufgaben wie zugewiesen
ENGLISH
- Manages building services and installation of equipment through communication and relationships with service providers/utilities supervises third party facility engineers overseeing and verifying their work
- Ensures that periodic and preventive maintenance actions are scheduled and performed
- Develops and implements preventive maintenance programs to manage electrical emergencies (e.g. outages)
- Generates reports (e.g. work order history preventive maintenance schedules for buildings and equipment)
- Troubleshoots facility and utilities-related equipment/machinery identifies and reports recurring or potential problems
- Plans organizes and/or directs activities concerned with the construction or maintenance of structures facilities or systems
- Assists with revisions to contractual agreements with Architect Offices external Consultants Clients Suppliers or subcontractors
- Provides technical expertise for design of new or enhanced manufacturing facilities
- Performs both routine and complex engineering work
- All other tasks as assigned
Required Skills and Education
DEUTSCH
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (z.B. als Techniker/in) oder technisches Studium der Mechatronik (oder vergleichbar)
- Zustzliche Zertifizierungen in Facility Management Elektrotechnik HVAC oder Druckluftsysteme sind von Vorteil
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Gebuden
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Gebudesystemen (z.B. HLK Elektro Sanitr Druckluft Brandschutz) Vertrautheit mit prventiven Wartungsprogrammen
- Kenntnisse der deutschen Arbeitsschutzvorschriften (z.B. DGUV VDE)
- Ausgeprgte Fhigkeiten in der Fehlersuche und -diagnose fr mechanische/elektrische Systeme
- Teamfhigkeit Kommunikations- und Organisationsgeschick
- Bereitschaft zur Einarbeitung in die Nutzung von Oracle als ERP-System
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Basiswissen in Englisch erforderlich
ENGLISH
- Successfully completed vocational training (e.g. as Techniker/in) or technical degree in mechatronics (or similar)
- Additional certification in facility management electrical engineering HVAC or compressed air systems an advantage
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in facility maintenance
- Proven experience with building systems (e.g. HVAC electrical plumbing compressed air fire protection) familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of German workplace safety regulations (e.g. DGUV VDE standards)
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for mechanical/electrical systems
- Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to be trained in the usage of Oracle as ERP system
- Very good German language skills some English knowledge essential
