Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Business partner to country managers and department heads
Lead variance analysis budgeting forecasting and performance reviews
Support club openings pricing ROI analyses and strategic planning
Maintain and improve financial models and dashboards
Collaborate across markets and contribute to reporting process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelors in Finance Accounting or related field (CFA/CPA a plus)
At least 3 years experience in FP&A or financial analysis
Strong Excel and financial modelling; Power BI/Netsuite/Anaplan knowledge preferred
Commercially savvy with strong communication skills in English
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and across cultures
