Job Description
Overview
Join our clients extraordinary care team as a Hospice Registered Nurse. This full-time position in South Park PA and surrounding area offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. You will collaborate to provide patient care plans support patients in the area and manage critical deadlines for charting. If you have the required skills and experience we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- Support patients in South Pittsburgh and surrounding areas
- Meet critical deadlines for charting
- Self-manage time and schedule
- Demonstrate experience with tablets mobile phones and EMR software
Schedule and Shift Details
- Schedule: Monday Thursday 5p-8a (May be willing to consider M-F 5p 1:30a)
- Occasional local travel
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- Hospice (2 years)
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Other EMR
- TruChart EHR
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA)
- Do you have a valid Drivers License Reliable Mode of Transportation and Auto Insurance (all 3)
