Compensation: $1200 $1500 USD/month base performance-based commission
Reports to: Commercial Director / CRO

We re hiring two driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join a fast-growing portfolio company in the B2B and B2C space. Under the mentorship of the Commercial Director you ll play a critical role in fueling pipeline growth through strategic outbound outreach across industries such as retail interior design construction and wholesale.
You ll receive structured training and support but success in this role depends on your own discipline energy and ambition to consistently book high-quality meetings that drive revenue.
Execute multi-channel outbound outreach via email phone calls and LinkedIn
Research and qualify prospects across B2B segments focusing on strategic fit and buyer intent
Book qualified meetings and hand off warm leads to Account Executives or leadership
Maintain clean CRM records with accurate activity tracking deal notes and contact history
Hit and exceed weekly KPIs (emails sent calls made meetings booked conversion rates)
Collaborate on reporting dashboards and pipeline health reviews
Test and refine messaging through A/B testing sequencing and objection handling
Build and maintain prospecting lists in collaboration with performance marketing
Help evolve outreach playbooks by providing feedback from the field
2 years of experience in outbound sales cold calling or lead generation (ideally B2B)
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot Apollo LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar platforms
Strong English communication skills you ll be the first impression with many prospects
Self-motivated coachable and consistent in hitting daily/weekly activity targets
Based in South Africa with reliable internet quiet work environment and the ability to overlap with U.S. time zones
Experience booking meetings for construction luxury goods SaaS or manufacturing industries
Familiarity with outbound metrics pipeline forecasting and sales funnel optimization
Comfortable creating custom prospecting scripts or templates
Background in sales development within remote fast-paced startup environments
