Typische Aufgabenbereiche:
- Entwicklung Weiterentwicklung und Wartung von Softwarel sungen zur Unterst tzung biotechnologischer Anwendungen wie Analyseplattformen Laborinformationssystemen oder Bioinformatiktools
- Schnittstellenentwicklung zwischen Laborger ten Datenbanken und Anwendungen
- Datenanalyse
- Mitwirkung und Leitung an IT Projekten in agilen Teams
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik Bioinformatik Medizininformatik oder vergleichbar
- Fundierte und nachweisbare Kenntnisse mindestens einer Programmiersprache
- Erfahrungen mit Datenbanktechnologien
- Interesse an wissenschaftlichen Fragestellungen
- Kenntnisse in der Verarbeitung gro er biologischer Datens tze sind w nschenswert
