Role Overview
The PPC Team Lead will guide and support the specialist team while also owning strategic oversight for a portfolio of Google Ads accounts. This role requires experience across multiple campaign types and the ability to ensure all tasks meet performance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and review the work of PPC Specialists
Provide guidance on campaign strategy troubleshooting and performance issues
Lead strategic performance reviews and reporting
Recommend improvements in account structure bidding and creative
Stay current with Google Ads updates and best practices
Assist with onboarding process improvement and training
What You Need
Minimum 3 years of Google Ads management experience
Demonstrated success managing teams or junior PPC talent
Strong strategic thinking and data interpretation skills
Experience across multiple campaign types including Performance Max
Proficiency with Google Ads Google Analytics 4 Google Sheets and reporting tools
