LPN Long Term Care 8-hour evenings (3p-1130p) or 12-hour evenings (11a-11p) - will take either 13 weeks 1-3 years experience required Will take someone with SNF experience not just LTC NY license required Permanent residence of traveler must be at least 60 miles away. BLS (AHA) required eMAR: PointClickCare Common patient diagnosis: Dementia Chronic Diseases Diabetes
