Tasks

Your Role In This Mission:

As a Personal Development Program Advisor youll be at the forefront of leadership that inspires work/life balance advanced business growth and cutting edge team culture. You will be engaging in meaningful conversations with purpose driven individuals who are ready for personal / professional growth and an elevated state of well-being. You will share about our world-class personal development programs and success education platforms. You will build authentic relationships through outreach and community engagement. You will guide your team members on how to best reach their goals with efficiency and empowerment. The individual within this role leads with integrity and vision while also enjoying truly rewarding work that changes lives.

Your Role in this Company:

• Guiding individuals through a proven personal and leadership development framework
• Conducting qualification interviews and assessments
• Building meaningful relationships in a way that inspires and empowers
• Utilizing social media to connect engage and lead (training provided)
• Participating in weekly mindset and business trainings with a global team
• Creating success on your own termswith time and location freedom
• Embracing autonomy accountability and mentorship

Requirements

Ideal Experience and Skill Set:

• Youre a strong communicator purpose-driven professional and self-motivated
• You have a background in Human Resources education consulting counseling or human development
• Youre aligned with values of freedom integrity authenticity and contribution/service
• You thrive in a flexible self-led structure with the support of a powerful community
