Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces for residential commercial and public projects. You will work closely with clients architects and contractors to bring landscape concepts to life considering environmental structural and budgetary constraints.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to discuss project goals requirements and budget.

Conduct site analysis including soil testing sunlight exposure and existing vegetation.

Create detailed landscape design plans using CAD software and hand-drawn sketches.

Select appropriate materials plants and design elements that suit the project s purpose and environment.

Present concepts and design proposals to clients for approval.

Coordinate with landscape architects engineers and construction teams to ensure design .

Prepare cost estimates timelines and project documentation.

Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to design specifications and timelines.

Stay current with industry trends sustainable practices and local regulations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Landscape Architecture Horticulture or a related field.

2 years of experience in landscape design or related role.

Proficiency in design software (e.g. AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite Lumion).

Strong understanding of horticulture soil science and irrigation systems.

Excellent visualization communication and client-interfacing skills.

Creative flair with attention to detail and project deadlines.
