What You Bring
- 10 years of professional experience in L&D or related fields
- Strong communication skills and confidence with video conferencing
- Comfortable using social media platforms (LinkedIn Facebook Instagram)
- A self-starter mindset with a desire to grow and lead
- Experience in digital marketing is a bonus but not essential
- A passion for helping others learn grow and succeed
Your Role
- Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions
- Learn and apply digital marketing strategies across social platforms
- Conduct structured interviews and follow-ups with prospective clients
- Share information and guide qualified candidates through our process
- Mentor and support new clients through onboarding and beyond
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and global impact
