Client > Advisory Company for a Higher Education Organization

Ideal Candidate > The Client is seeking a highly performance PMO which maintains and ensures standardization of project management processes and practices. He will be the PERSON for project governance and execution of a Plan (>20 streamlines) helping the Client deliver projects effectively efficiently and in alignment with strategic goals defined in the Implementation Plan

Key Responsibilities > Establish and enforce project management standards methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and best practices; Provide tools templates and training to project managers and teams; Offer guidance and mentoring to improve project execution and maturity; Assist in project selection prioritization and resource allocation based on strategic objectives; Maintain visibility over all active and proposed projects to balance workloads and risks; Collect and analyze data on project performance (e.g. timelines budgets risks); Generate dashboards and reports for leadership to support informed decision-making; Support proactive identification and mitigation of project risks and issues

Qualifications > 1) Experience in Consulting Firm MBB-Big4 strongly preferred 2) Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall PRINCE2 etc.); 3) Ability to oversee multiple projects and ensure alignment with business strategy; 4) Skills in prioritization balancing resources and managing dependencies; 5) Knowledge of corporate governance standards; Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and trends 6) Expertise and confidence with the topic in large organizations; 7) Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing Finance or related field 8) English strongly proficient
