Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-groomed professional and courteous Front Office Executive to
manage the reception area. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors
and staff and must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is
critical to creating a welcoming and efficient front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests clients and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage front desk operations including answering phone calls handling inquiries
and directing visitors.
Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes as per company protocol.
Coordinate with housekeeping and security to ensure reception area is always clean
and secure.
Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and maintain logs.
Manage meeting room bookings and assist in arranging refreshments when required.
Handle general administrative and clerical support such as filing photocopying and
document handling.
Support HR/Admin with basic onboarding tasks like ID card issuance and workstation
coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience in a front office or customer-facing administrative role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Pleasing personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain professionalism under
pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in corporate or commercial real estate setups.
Working knowledge of visitor management systems.
Basic understanding of administrative coordination.
Full Time
