Requirements
Responsibilities:
Call and connect with warm leads to set virtual appointments
Conduct needs-based consultations over Zoom
Recommend customized life insurance solutions
Assist clients in completing digital applications
Follow up with clients and track progress
Stay organized and accountable using CRM tools
Participate in ongoing team training and mentorship

Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
Strong communication and listening skills
Positive attitude and professionalism
Self-disciplined and goal-oriented
Comfortable using Zoom and basic digital tools
