Job Description

About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to support our internal team supporting our growing international client base firm. This is a part-time fully remote role ideal for someone with a strong track record in full-cycle recruitment particularly across the Philippines and India. You ll be responsible for sourcing screening and placing top talent in both technical and non-technical roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients (US AU etc.)

  • Review job descriptions and design effective sourcing strategies

  • Post job ads and manage listings across platforms (Zoho Recruit LinkedIn Upwork etc.)

  • Actively source candidates through:

    • Boolean searches

    • LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pools

    • ATS/database

    • Upwork and other job boards

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews using tools like Calendly

  • Conduct structured initial interviews to assess qualifications role fit and communication skills

  • Coordinate client interviews and keep candidates and internal teams updated.

  • Prepare and send job offers and contracts and conduct onboarding for successful hires



Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or remote setup preferred)

  • Proven success hiring for technical and non-technical positions

  • Excellent sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Zoho and Upwork

  • Experience recruiting talent in the Philippines and India.

  • Background as HR Generalist is a big plus

  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • Based in the Philippines and able to work part-time during PH business hours

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks Experience recruiting digital marketers/social media managers a plus Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) Excellent verbal and written communication skills A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any associated degree
