About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for international clients (US AU etc.)
Review job descriptions and design effective sourcing strategies
Post job ads and manage listings across platforms (Zoho Recruit LinkedIn Upwork etc.)
Actively source candidates through:
Boolean searches
LinkedIn Recruiter and talent pools
ATS/database
Upwork and other job boards
Screen resumes and schedule interviews using tools like Calendly
Conduct structured initial interviews to assess qualifications role fit and communication skills
Coordinate client interviews and keep candidates and internal teams updated.
Prepare and send job offers and contracts and conduct onboarding for successful hires
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or remote setup preferred)
Proven success hiring for technical and non-technical positions
Excellent sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter Zoho and Upwork
Experience recruiting talent in the Philippines and India.
Background as HR Generalist is a big plus
Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple roles and deadlines
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Based in the Philippines and able to work part-time during PH business hours
