This role sits within a high-volume finance environment supporting multiple markets with responsibilities across transaction processing compliance and team development.
Key responsibilities
Lead a team managing daily payment processing activities
Monitor team output to ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with internal service standards
Act as the subject matter contact for payment-related inquiries and escalations
Develop SOPs and ensure consistent execution across team members
Manage resource planning performance reviews and training needs
Support process optimization and improvements in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Participate in operational reviews and contribute to shared service goals
5 years of experience in finance operations or payment processing
2 years of team leadership experience within a structured or regional environment
Strong command of payment systems electronic fund transfers and internal controls
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Excel
Strong people management communication and problem-solving skills
