Job Description

This is a remote position.

We re looking for a driven and empathetic Course Enrollment Consultant to join our remote team. Your primary role will be to engage with prospective leads understand their needs and help them confidently enroll in the right RisenLead coaching programs.

This is not just a sales role it s about guiding transformation.
  • Contact and follow up with inbound leads via calls WhatsApp email or Zoom
  • Build rapport and identify the needs of potential clients
  • Clearly communicate the value of RisenLead s coaching programs
  • Guide clients through the decision-making process with empathy and confidence
  • Meet or exceed monthly enrollment targets
  • Maintain records and manage prospects using our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing and coaching teams to optimize the enrollment process


Requirements

  • 1 3 years of experience in course sales inside sales counseling or telecalling
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Confident warm and persuasive on the phone or video calls
  • Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection
  • Passionate about personal development coaching or education
  • Self-motivated and result-oriented

The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle conversations with clarity and empathy. Strong telecalling and persuasive sales abilities are essential, along with proficiency in CRM tools, cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and WhatsApp, and a disciplined approach to lead follow-ups and sales funnel management. Candidates must demonstrate a strong sense of self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven, performance-based environment. Familiarity with the online education or coaching industry, as well as comfort in explaining complex ideas in a simple, human-centered way, will be a significant advantage.

Education

A minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC/10+2) is required. However, candidates with a bachelor s degree in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Education, or Communications will be preferred. Formal education is not a strict barrier for this role what matters most is your ability to communicate effectively, learn quickly, and close sales with confidence and empathy. Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for self-development are also encouraged
