Job Description
We are an established Australian MNC with our offices in Melbourne Dubai Kualalumpur and India. We are looking for an exceptional User Experience & User Interface Designer in India to design UI for Websites and Mobile Apps.
Who will be responsible for the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design of our various digital assets. You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability usefulness and exceptional visual design
The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.
Candidates must have experience in Writing HTML CSS and JavaScript jQuery.
Well versed with latest HTML/CSS Tags.
Knowledge of CSS Framework Bootstrap/Pure CSS etc.
Know the Mobile first Design & code Approach
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end
Can Do Performance evaluation using Chrome dev tools/ Page Speed W3C standards

Job Requirements
Writing HTML CSS and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must e.g. HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript
Database design and management including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework both front-end and back-end
Familiarity with CSS animation pre processors and bundlers
Proficiency with server-side languages such as Java and .Net .
Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS and React JS
Experience developing accessible websites (Section 508 W3C WAI Guidelines etc.)
A high level of experience with UI layouts SASS LESS Bootstrap and the CSS GRID system
Excellent understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
Excellent understanding of SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
