Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting installation commissioning troubleshooting and maintenance of inverters battery chargers Permanent Magnet Alternator and DC-DC converters.
  • Performing diagnostics and repairs both on-site and remotely.
  • Providing technical support and training to customers on product functionality and best practices.
  • Maintaining detailed service records reports and documentation using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinating with the R&D and manufacturing teams for product improvements and technical feedback.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively especially with PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) customers particularly railway clients.
  • Collaborating with the sales and support teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.


Requirements

  • Diploma/ITI in Electrical Electronics or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the service department servicing power electronics/electronics equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of inverters battery chargers and DC-DC converters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and documentation tools.
  • Experience in handling PSU customers preferably in the railway sector.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site service and customer support.
  • Experience with railway power systems or government contracts.
  • Certification in power electronics or related technical training.
