Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting installation commissioning troubleshooting and maintenance of inverters battery chargers Permanent Magnet Alternator and DC-DC converters.
- Performing diagnostics and repairs both on-site and remotely.
- Providing technical support and training to customers on product functionality and best practices.
- Maintaining detailed service records reports and documentation using MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Coordinating with the R&D and manufacturing teams for product improvements and technical feedback.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and effectively especially with PSU (Public Sector Undertaking) customers particularly railway clients.
- Collaborating with the sales and support teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Requirements
- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Electronics or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the service department servicing power electronics/electronics equipment.
- Strong technical knowledge of inverters battery chargers and DC-DC converters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and documentation tools.
- Experience in handling PSU customers preferably in the railway sector.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for on-site service and customer support.
- Experience with railway power systems or government contracts.
- Certification in power electronics or related technical training.
