Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of intelligent building controls solutions specialising in Building Management Systems (BMS) energy efficiency and smart technologies. With decades of industry experience in control systems and tailored services to clients across the commercial industrial and public sectors.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive BMS Service Engineer to join our growing London-based team. Operating within the M25 the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining servicing fault-finding and optimising BMS systems across a variety of commercial and industrial sites. You will play a key role in supporting energy performance system reliability and client satisfaction.

  • Perform routine maintenance servicing and fault diagnostics on BMS systems such as Trend Tridium or Siemens
  • Provide technical support and emergency call-out response as required
  • Work on system upgrades software modifications and minor installation works
  • Maintain accurate service records and produce clear concise reports for clients and internal teams
  • Identify energy-saving opportunities and system improvements for client consideration
  • Liaise professionally with clients contractors and colleagues to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety environmental and company standards


Requirements
