We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our growing team in Dallas TX. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact in coordinating internal and external communications ensuring messages are aligned with our values and mission. This role requires excellent writing organizational and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Draft review and distribute internal announcements memos and reports
Coordinate and support company-wide communication strategies
Collaborate with departments to ensure consistent messaging
Assist in the preparation of press kits newsletters and official correspondence
Maintain communication logs and documentation for future reference
Respond to inquiries with professionalism and clarity
Monitor company messaging for tone accuracy and consistency
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications or administrative role
Strong writing editing and proofreading skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
