We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Dallas. The SDR will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities engaging with prospective clients and setting up meetings for our account executives. Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls emails and research.
Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives.
Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and lead interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly activity and appointment-setting targets.
Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value.
Provide feedback to sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communication or related field (preferred).
1 year of experience in sales business development or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
