Job Description
A day in the life...
In the Cook or Chef de Partie role you will create exceptional experiences for each of our guests. And will work with a team that has a commitment to provide the finest in guest service.
For the schedule we are looking for varying shifts to work either AM for Breakfast or PM for Patio or Cuvee dinner.
Qualifications :
You own this if you have
- For AM we are looking for previous cooking experience in a Food & Beverage or Restuarant Operation is preferred (with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)
- For PM we are looking for previous cooking experience in a Food & Beverage Fine Dining Restaurant who understand sequence of service is preferred (with Relais & Chateaux/Forbes 4 or 5 Star preferred)
- Knowledge of the Local Area would be great

The payrate will be between $20.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on your cooking experience.
