The Fiberon Decking Process Engineer will be a key team member at our New London manufacturing facility as we continue to improve production output by instilling World Class Manufacturing concepts. The Process Engineer is hands-on in process development process controls process layout and ergonomic design. You will have the opportunity to work with our experts in learning our business and extrusion process. You will work with new state-of-the-art equipment and robotics while also investigating opportunities to improve older equipment. The Process Engineer will have opportunity to continue career growth in our vibrant organization.

Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 71000USD - 124000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
