Team Member – Non-Clinical Development CAR-T Cell Therapies (m|f|d)

Join our dynamic R&D Reagents team in Bergisch Gladbach and contribute to pioneering CAR-T cell therapies one of the most innovative approaches in fighting cancer and autoimmune diseases. As part of a multidisciplinary team youll help shape the future of cellular immunotherapies and bring cutting-edge science closer to patients. 

• As part of our passionate R&D team you will contribute to developing innovative cell and gene therapy products focusing on immunological and cell biology applications especially on submission enabling in vitro preclinical assessment. 
• You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with mammalian cell culture flow cytometry and molecular biology methods helping to generate high-quality experimental data. 
• Your role will involve planning and performing experiments analyzing results and preparing technical documentation in a qualified environment including summarizing in development reports. 
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across R&D QA Bioindustry and Biomedicine sharing insights and supporting regulatory submissions for early and late stage clinical trials. 
• Your input will also be valued in optimizing laboratory processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while contributing to our collective knowledge- base. 

Qualifications :

• You hold a Masters degree in biology Biotechnology or a related field or alternatively a technical qualification (BTA/MTA) with 2-3 years of relevant lab experience. 
• You bring with solid knowledge in immunology and cell biology practical skills in cell culture and flow cytometry; experience with human T cells and CAR-T cell processes is a plus. 
• You have experience of working to quality standards and are familiar with creating and working with SOPs. 
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across R&D QA and Production sharing insights and supporting the transfer of processes into manufacturing environments. 
• Brings analytical thinking independent working style and excellent organizational skills to manage complex projects. 
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) and demonstrates strong teamwork and communication abilities in an interdisciplinary environment; German language skills are a
