Were transforming our team to be even better and this has created a fantastic opportunity to join our Emerging Talent Talent Attraction team. The role will see you supporting the Design and Delivery lead in the successful execution and delivery of the Emerging Talent campaign providing operational support and coordination across BAU and projects. You will be responsible for a range of operational tasks including system support bulk-candidate management and communication stakeholder and vendor relationships and creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
Your Opportunity
Youll join a national team that are responsible for delivering KPMGs early talent programs including graduate and vacation programs working alongside your peers in the delivery of the over-arching student recruitment strategy. Working closely with the Design and Delivery Lead this is how your day could look:
Manage all large-scale movement of and communication to candidates and the business throughout Emerging Talent campaign with the support of Ops team and Manager of Campaigns and Strategic Projects.
Coordinate the successful and timely onboarding of emerging talent candidates with candidate experience at the heart of everything you do.
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors - externally manage out-of-cycle recruitment programs such as DOXA CareerTrackers and more.
Responsible for updating the SharePoint channel ensuring optimal functionality and user experience managing the online calendar and uploading documents including engagement materials content SOPs.
Always on recruitment campaign manage out-of-cycle offers and ad hoc recruitment and supporting Brand and Marketing team with engagement marketing and events.
Create SOP documents for any new processes for review with best practice in mind.
Reporting analysing and managing data to ensure data integrity and data governance and that all candidates have consented to having their details on the system and have been properly resolved throughout each stage of the recruitment journey.
Manage day-to-day operations of the Grad/Consultant Support team.
