Job Description

  • Provides care that is individualized and meets the physical emotional spiritual and psychosocial needs of residents.
  • Obtains and transcribes all written and telephone orders promptly ensuring telephone order forms are complete.
  • Notifies physician and responsible party of changes in resident status.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to CNAs and LPNs; ensures that all policies procedures and state and federal regulations are practiced.
  • Completes all new admissions paperwork timely including nursing assessment.
  • Prepares and administers medications and treatments as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical Rehab or Geriatric Nursing
  • Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
  • Current CPR Certification
