ICON Hospitality Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the administration team. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient office operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the entire administration team.
Communication Management: Filter and screen incoming phone calls and emails directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Front Desk Operations: Welcome and assist guests employees suppliers and other visitors to the office.
Office Management: Manage office stationery supplies ensuring adequate stock levels and proper organization.
Office Upkeep: Coordinate and oversee office cleanliness and maintenance needs liaising with relevant service providers.
Other Duties: Perform other related administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills.
