Job Description

Electric Motor Mechanic / Winder

Louisville KY

must be a US Citizen or a GCH.

Electric Motor Mechanic

Shift: 1st Shift

Location: Louisville KY

Job Summary:

  • Diagnose disassemble repair and test a variety of electrical/mechanical equipment (AC/DC motors generators pumps gearboxes etc.)
  • Utilize tools such as multimeters high-pot testers growlers micrometers and calipers for accurate diagnostics and measurement
  • Conduct failure analysis document findings and follow proper procedures for part identification and reassembly
  • Perform in-house and on-site repairs; follow OEM EASA and customer specifications
  • Maintain accurate records of testing troubleshooting and final quality checks
  • Requires 13 years of experience or relevant training (EASA/military)
  • Strong skills in diagnostics repair and mechanical/electrical safety practices at a skilled trades level

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities: (Companies ATS Questions):

1. Do you have Industrial Electric Motor Experience (not automotive motors)

2. Do you have Winder experience

3. Do you have Motor Mechanic Experience

4. Do you have ISO 9001 preferred
