Sales Associate StretchLab Beverly MA
Hourly Pay: $16.25 Uncapped Commission
Schedule: 8:00 AM2:00 PM on Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Friday (some Saturdays optional). Must be available for at least 2 of these core shifts.

What Youll Do
As a Sales Associate you are the first and lasting impression of the studio. From the first phone call to the first stretch youll create an experience that converts curiosity into commitment.
Sales & Membership Growth

Make 50 outbound calls per day to connect with leads and re-engage prospects

Deliver dynamic informative studio tours and intro stretch sessions

Convert prospects into members by confidently selling memberships and stretch packages

Address objections with empathy knowledge and a client-first mindset

Promote and upsell retail and recovery-enhancing services
Client Experience & Studio Operations

Greet each client with warmth energy and professionalism

Manage check-ins scheduling phone calls and service recovery seamlessly

Partner with Flexologists and managers to ensure studio operations run smoothly
-
Maintain a clean welcoming and organized front desk and lobby
-
Use ClubReady or similar CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
Marketing & Outreach

Represent StretchLab at local events wellness fairs and open houses

Support social media and studio marketing campaigns

Act as a brand ambassador in the communityevery conversation is an opportunity
Who You Are
-
Sales experience in a fitness wellness or service-based setting (gym medspa chiropractic etc.)

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects

Confident persuasive communicator who believes in the product

Organized goal-oriented and tech-savvy with CRM systems

Emotionally intelligent and authentic in building connections

Able to work at least 2 of the core weekday morning shifts and open to occasional Saturdays
