Market Director Womens & Childrens Services
Location: Central Valley CA (Turlock & Modesto)
Relocation Assistance Available $25000 Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a visionary nursing executive to serve as the Market Director of Womens and Childrens Services overseeing maternal and pediatric care across two leading hospitals in the Central Valley region. Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Direct the planning and development of Womens and Childrens Services across two hospital campuses.

Clinical Oversight: Provide executive-level leadership across Labor & Delivery NICU Pediatrics and OB/GYN service lines.

Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with executive leadership physicians and local community stakeholders to expand services and improve access to care.

Operational Excellence: Drive performance metrics optimize resources and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Mentorship & Culture: Cultivate high-performing teams and support a culture rooted in accountability compassion and lifelong learning.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Current California RN license (or ability to obtain)
-
5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience
-
2 years in Labor & Delivery or Obstetrics

Bachelors degree in Nursing required; MSN or MBA preferred
-
Certified in ACLS PALS and NRP
-
Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) preferred

Proven ability to manage multi-site teams and complex operations
